Claude.ai and Claude Desktop connect remote MCP servers as custom connectors, available on every plan including Free (limited to one custom connector). Claude connects to Screenies from Anthropic's cloud, so there is nothing to install.

Connect Screenies to Claude.ai and Claude Desktop

Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose "Add custom connector".
Paste the server URL and click Add:

Click Connect and sign in with your Screenies account.
In a chat, enable Screenies via the "+" button in the composer, under Connectors.

On Team and Enterprise plans an Owner adds the connector under Organization settings, and members then connect from their own Connectors page.

Sign-in uses OAuth: Claude.ai and Claude Desktop opens a browser window where you log in to Screenies and approve the connection. No API keys, and you can revoke access anytime from your Screenies account settings. Reference: Claude custom connector docs.
