App Store and Google Play screenshots from Codex CLI

Codex adds remote MCP servers with one command and starts the OAuth sign-in as soon as it detects it. Screenies works with the default OAuth flow, no tokens needed.

Connect Screenies to Codex CLI

Add the server. Codex detects OAuth support and opens your browser for the Screenies sign-in:

Or add it to ~/.codex/config.toml by hand:

After a hand edit, sign in:

The Codex CLI, IDE extension, and ChatGPT desktop app share config.toml, so one entry covers all three. Run /mcp in a Codex session to check the connection.

Sign-in uses OAuth: Codex CLI opens a browser window where you log in to Screenies and approve the connection. No API keys, and you can revoke access anytime from your Screenies account settings. Reference: Codex MCP docs.
